Smash some Avocado Cocktails at SoCal this Summer

Yep that’s right! Our new cocktail menu includes not one, but three avocado-based cocktails.

Our bar staff have been working on a brand new cocktail menu in time for the warmer months! Now, while we love all cocktails (especially Margies) there’s something special we just AVO talk about…

You guessed it, SoCal now has 3 avocado-based cocktails!

We have taken the avo out of the guacamole and tried to bring those famous buttery textures and nutty notes to the glass, by using it both fresh and though clever spirit infusions.

Ultima Palabra

Barsol ‘Avocado’ Pisco, Chartreuse, maraschino, lime

Whilst this pretty pink cocktail is far from green, it uses a fusion technique to combine a subtle avocado hint with the other ingredients. The perfect cocktail to sip on on a warm sunny afternoon on our terrace!

Holy Smokes

Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, chocolate liqueur, Avocado, lemon, paprika sugar

There’s no hiding the avocado in this green machine! Taking a creamy spin on the classic Margarita, the Holy Smokes combines Mezcal with chocolate liqueur, avocado & lemon and is rimmed with paprika sugar to add some tang!!

Four Pillars Gin, Del Maguey, Chichicapa Mezcal, Lillet Blanc, Avocado, salt ‘n’ pepper

Another subtle infusion of avocado appears in this martini style cocktail to present a real taste sensation!
