Dinner & A Show At SoCal North Sydney

For 2 nights during the Fiesta 2024, we hosting an evening that transported guests to the streets of Mexico.

Guests enjoyed a bespoke banquet curated by Head Chef Joel Doyle with a margarita on arrival all while being entertained by a dynamic duo of professional Mexican folk dancers.

From a delightful Kingfish aguachile to start, a show-stopping pork knuckle for mains and desserts to pair, it was a memorable night filled with delicious food, margs aplenty and good vibes.

SoCal Guacamole with corn chips (GF, VG)
Kingfish aguachile with pineapple, jalapeno & roasted corn  (GF, DF)
Cheese and bean taquito with salsa verde (V, GF)

Mains:
Crispy crackling pork knuckle (GF, DF)
