My Taco Rules Championship 2023

We Got Ready to Fiesta, Because the SoCal ‘My Taco Rules’ Taco + Tequila Championship was Back and Better Than Ever!

Our talented Applejack Hospitality Chefs and Bartenders from all our venues went head-to-head to see who would be crowned the ‘Best Taco & Tequila’ creators for SoCal’s Taco & Tequila Fiesta on Monday 8th May 2023 at 6.30pm.

Our judging panel had the enviable task of tasting and assessing each creation based on specific criteria including taste, creativity & originality, presentation, wow factor and pairing. And let’s not forget the coveted prize – winners walked away with a bottle of Altos Tequila and bragging rights until the next challenge!

For a night of friendly rivalry, the action was exciting and the culinary showdown was unmatched. It was a guaranteed fun-filled and delicious evening!
