For 2 nights during the Fiesta 2024, we hosting an evening that transported guests to the streets of Mexico.
Guests enjoyed a bespoke banquet curated by Head Chef Joel Doyle with a margarita on arrival all while being entertained by a dynamic duo of professional Mexican folk dancers.
From a delightful Kingfish aguachile to start, a show-stopping pork knuckle for mains and desserts to pair, it was a memorable night filled with delicious food, margs aplenty and good vibes.
