Concluding SoCal’s week-long fiesta is the return of the hugely successful Taco & Tequila Degustation Dinner.

Brought to you by SoCal’s talented Head Chef and Bar Manager, the duo has curated a bespoke degustation menu of five exclusive tacos perfectly paired with five Olmeca ALTOS tequila cocktails. Available to book for one night only, this is one feast not to be missed

First Course

Taco: Tempura Soft Shell Crab Taco with guacamole, kohlrabi, jalapeno, coriander, sweet tomatillo & toasted sesame (DF)
Tequila: Altos Plata Tequila, avocado, lime, sugar, salted white peach sour beer

Second Course

Taco: Goats Curd & Stuffed Zucchini Flower Taco with starfruit, habanero & jalapeño cheese sauce (V)
Tequila: Altos Reposado Tequila, pampelle grapefruit liqueur, habanero & honey shrub, lime, Yuzu soda

Third Course

Taco: Crispy Pork Carnitas Taco with aji amarillo, fennel, pineapple & pickled red onion (DF)
Tequila: Altos Reposado Tequila, toasted fennel & pineapple, lime, Absinthe rinse

Fourth Course

Taco: Beef Cheek Taco with pasilla chilli chocolate mole, confit celeriac, garlic hominy & pickled sweet corn (DF)
Tequila: Altos Plata Tequila, pickled beetroot & raspberry, lemon, soda

Fifth Course

Taco: Sweet Corn Tamale with dulce de leche, milk-slow-cooked peanut, lotus nut, dry longan & sticky rice
Tequila: Altos Reposado Tequila, white chocolate liqueur, salted caramel, cold press espresso
