Cocktail Recipe: Biotic Batanga

SoCal’s Biotic Batanga Cocktail

If it’s got kombucha in it it’s good for you right?

Makes 1.

Ingredients

30ml x Olmeca ALTOS Resposado Tequila
10ml x Amaro Montenegro
10ml x Lime
120ml x cola kombucha (to top)

Method

Shake and strain into a chilled highball over ice, top with cola kombucha.

Garnish with a Pepper berry salt rim & lime wheel.
