The romance kicks off with our special California Love margarita on arrival, followed by our signature guacamole, kingfish ceviche and a Wagyu steak DIY taco platter with an array of salsa. To finish, there’s a show-stopping serve of brûlée pancquecas, with dulce de leche and whipped cream. The menu is for $79 per person.

Olmeca tequila, rhubarb, raspberry and citrus served a classic “sour”style
