We’ve got a brand new cocktail list for you to sip your way through!

Our bar managers have been busy over the past few weeks creating a list of new, exciting & delicious cocktails for you! (Don’t worry – we’ve kept the signature margies!)

Here are some of the heroes from our menu

Violet Beauregarde
Absolut Vodka, blackberry, vanilla & açai, citrus, butterfly pea powder. 

Taking inspiration from the iconic Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory character, this cocktail is not only looks amazing, it tastes delicious too! But not to fear, drinking too many won’t make you inflate into a blueberry.

Vino De Paloma
Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Pampelle Grapefruit Aperitif, grapefruit shrub, citrus, Prosecco, soda

This cocktail is a fresh twist on the classic Paloma ~ We’ve taken the classic cocktail & added Prosecco to create a sessionable & refreshing drink.

Biotic Batanga
Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Amaro Montenegro, citrus, cola Kombucha

Made with Tequila, Amaro & topped with Kombucha, this drink is our twist on a classic La Batanga cocktail, traditionally made with tequila, cola & lime. Don’t feel guilty when you’re back every weekend ordering this cocktail again & again, because Kombucha is healthy right?!
