SoCal’s inaugural Winter Chilli Festival was all about bringing the heat to the colder months.

Guests had the opportunity to enjoy an immersive hot sauce making experience.  A custom Chilli Trolley with ingredients hand picked by The Fermentalists rolled up to the table, loaded with fresh peppers, spices and all the tools needed to create liquid fire. Guests could choose heat levels or be guided by the experts. Everyone had the opportunity to take their creation home with a custom label.
