Winter Chilli Festival at SoCal

We turned up the heat in August 2025 for our first Chilli Festival.

When the winter chill sets in, we crank up the heat. From 4th-31st August 2025 we hosted our inaugural Chilli Festival – a month-long celebration of all things spicy, warming, and delicious.

We partnered with TABASCO® Sauce and The Fermentalist for a menu of delicious food and drink specials. From a Chilli Con Carne cook off competition, spicy margaritas galore, Hot Ones Wing Competition, there was so much to look forward to. Guests also had the opportunity to make their own hot sauce, add on fiery salsas to your dishes and so much more.

TABASCO® Sauce Specials

In partnership with iconic hot sauce TABASCO® Brand, our team whipped up spicy food and drink specials for the Winter Chilli Festival. Highlights include Smoked trout tostada with TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, red onion pickle, coriander, lime and Popcorn chicken, TABASCO® Jalapeño Sauce mayo, Mezcal Hot Chocolate and more.

Think you can handle the heat? Compete in 3 heats and get through chicken wings as they get hotter and hotter! Winner scores a SoCal voucher, a trophy and bragging rights.

Craft your custom masterpiece with expert guidance from hot sauce connoisseurs The Fermentalists. Your masterpiece gets bottled with a custom label featuring your sauce name and creation date.
