ALTOS Tequila Championship

One Tequila, Two Tequila, Three Tequila…

Here at SoCal, we’re ALL about the tequila ~ In 2017 alone, we sipped on 17,553 margaritas together!

We partnered with our friends at Olmeca ALTOS for Taco & Tequila Fiesta kicking off on Cinco De Mayo!

TACO & TEQUILA CHAMPIONSHIP

MONDAY 7TH MAY

As part of our week long fiesta, the SoCal terrace will be transformed into a MasterChef style kitchen where Applejack venue teams will battle it out in front of a panel of judges to prepare their Olmeca ALTOS tequila creations & special tacos.

HOW TO SHAKE THE PERFECT MARGIE

Olmeca ALTOS are here to show you how they mix the perfect margarita EVERY TIME!

Ingredients:

Altos Plata, Fresh Lime Juice, Agave Syrup, Lime Wedge for garnish

Directions:

Build up all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, Shake, and strain into an ice-filled tin cup. Garnish with a lime slice on top.
